    Terms and Agreement

    This program is a certification program.  Application and payment does not guarantee certification. Certification is achieved for each section of the program through full attendance and obtaining a passing average on a written exam. Applicants must pay in full before attending any part of the course. Applicants must give 14 calendar days prior notice for cancellation to receive full refund of tuition. Cancellation less than 14 days will result in tuition refund less a $300 charge. Cancellation on the part of the Provider (Tom Karis) will result in the applicant’s choice of a full tuition refund or transfer to a future program date.
